The most important thing to us is that you enjoy your special day.  We do our best to ensure that your event goes as planned.   We offer unique services that you may not be able to find elsewhere.  We can coordinate with your caterer, photographer, DJ, and wedding planner to ensure that all points of your day are covered.    Those of you who have ever been involved in planning a wedding know that it’s easy to forget something.  We do our best to make sure that all of your bases are covered and that your event goes perfectly.

We  will offer you suggestions.  We want you to be happy so we are eager to offer you advice.  We have seen what works and what does not and we will gladly give you that information up front so that you can plan a successful event.

We allow you to bring your own food or choose your own caterer.    This is unique in the sense that many banquet spaces require you to purchase their catering and bar services which can be very pricey and greatly limit selection.   At the farm you can use any caterer you would like or bring in your own food and beverage.   We allow only beer, wine, and champagne on the premises.  We do not allow hard alcohol.

You will not be charged additionally for tables and chairs.

We do have additional items that you can rent from us for a small fee.  We offer table linens and settings as well as other functional and decorative pieces.  Feel free to ask us about these offerings at your showing. 

We offer unique add-ons that, to our knowledge, are not available at other facilities.  We will manage a hayrack ride or bonfire for your event for an additional fee.

We currently have space for both indoor and outdoor entertainment.   The barn is our most frequently used space and can typically accommodate up to 175 guests comfortably depending on the type of event.   We have a grain bin that is frequently used for cocktail hour during wedding receptions or for smaller party rentals.  In addition to the indoor space that we offer, the farm grounds can be used to entertain your guests or act as a backdrop for your wedding ceremony providing that the weather cooperates.   We always have a plan B for outdoor ceremonies given the unpredictable nature of the weather.   Versatility is another perk of the farm and our staff.
